Covid-19 Protocol

Dear Renew You Clients,

I'm looking forward to reopening.  The Covid crisis has caused my business and many other close contact businesses in NC to close for two months.  Due to the highly contagious nature and potential serious illness, I will be instituting new protocols.  I hope none of the following will take away from your massage experience but make you feel safer in the massage space.  Although nothing can guarantee that you will not contract Covid.  Persons that have a compromised immune systems or family that they are concerned about, please weigh the risk for yourselves and your family.  The following protocol are to make the massage office as safe as possible and may seem a little hyper-responsive to some.  Keep in mind a large percentile of my clients are over 65. I hope that these things will be things you will eagerly do with me to ensure the safest space for you and others.

Please be aware that screening questions apply to all clients:  If you have a fever of 100 degrees?  respiratory symptoms? sore throat?

Exposed to anyone with Covid or Covid like symptoms?

Yes to any of the questions, means we should reschedule for a later date.  No fee will be charged to your account.

Things will look a little different in the office.  I will have a table for you to sanitize your hands and forearms upon entering and leaving the office. It will also be where you leave you payment and get your appointment card.  For the time I will not be using the waiting area at all.  I will ask you not to enter until I give you notice the office is ready. Please be on time but if you arrive early you will mostly likely have to wait in your vehical.  Before you enter, no other clients will be in office and it will be sanitizied and ready for you.  Please refrain from bringing guest for this time.  I will provide a disposable face mask for you. Please bring your own if you have one. Clients may start massage without a mask, starting face down with a draped face cradle cover but when the client turns, the mask will be used for them.  Please keep the face mask on until after you leave the office.  I will be also be using an aprons for each massage for myself and a face mask and strict cleaning protocols.

Books and self-service beverages will be unavailable for the time until Covid is less prevalent. I will be checking in with everyone that has been on my schedule March, April and May.

Little changes but the massage will be like before! I'm looking forward to seeing you all!  I have missed you and practicing massage!

Be well and be blessed!  Audra
