Formally trained at The Center for Massage and Natural Healing in Weaverville, North Carolina, in Swedish based neuromuscular massage with an emphasis on sports injuries and maintenance, Audra has developed a core approach to massage and intuitive touching that incorporates modality and  trigger point manipulation, and reflexology.   Her compassion and commitment to healing the "whole body," allows her clients a feeling of renewal and rejuvination.  Additionally, Audra provides those who experience her massage techiniques the tools needed to maintain their personalized treatment program.

Audra Lynn Turner is a native to the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina.  Her desire to learn about the healing arts and to heal others through sensitive, responsive touch, began as a journey of self discovery and has taken her through many facets of massage therapy to enable the evolution of her own signature treatment style.  Her philosophy is simple:  Fundamental and proven techniques that work, repetitive and responsive muscle and trigger point manipulation, including deep tissue physiotherapy.

Ever the student of massage herself, indulging whenever possible to learn and experience the methods of others,  Audra is never shy about incorporating newly acquired techniques into her own methodology.  Audra believes that healing, like Karate, is a life long learning process. 

Audra has over 8 years professional experience and participates in continued education in the treatment and practice of massage therapies.
